Skull Candle name inconsistencies with Skulls/Heads

Some names for the Skull Candles have different names from their non-Candle counterparts.
- Zombie Skull Candle -> Zombie Head Candle
- Creeper Skull Candle -> Creeper Head Candle
- Player Skull Candle -> Player Head Candle
- Piglin Skull Candle -> Piglin Head Candle
Feel free to ignore if "Head Candle" is too stupid.
