Steps to Reproduce

  1. Wait for it to rain
  2. Sleep in a bed to make rain go away
  3. Rain is still there.

What You Expected

Sleeping in the TF should clear out the weather and skip tick time to day time like as if you have just slept in the Overworld.

What Happened Instead

Nothing happened.

This is a vanilla problem, sleeping in any dimension does not affect weather. Furthermore, all weather in every dimension uses the overworld's weather.
