Fix the Evil Soul's Head to unlock the achievement, otherwise you cannot enter the next stage of the boss area

you need to defeat the knight phantoms in the dark forest's stronghold before you can get that advancement. If you already did this, close and reopen the world and drop the knight phantom trophy on the ground and pick it back up to refresh your advancements.
