Torchberry Plant not emitting light [1.20.1 - Forge]

Steps to Reproduce
- Step one: Open minecraft world.
- Step two: Enter the Twilight Forest dimension.
- Step three: Find a cave with Torch Berry Plants.
Torch Berry Plants do not emit light.
What You Expected
Light emitting Torch Berry Plants.
What Happened Instead
Torch Berry Plants only seem to glow, as in texture, but not actually emit light.
Additional Details
Tested in an install with only The Twilight Forest mod installed, no Optifine or any other mods.

intended, the light they emit is very low so mobs can still spawn in the caves
So... Sorry if this bothers. I just really like the plant and the way it makes caves look.
In previous versions and the 1.21.1 version, the Torch Berry Plant does emit some amount of light.
In the 1.20.1 version it apparently does not emit any light and have only the emissive textures.
