Steps to Reproduce

1.scepter of twilight,scepter of life draining,scepter of fortification Make the have 0 durability charges.
2.Attempt to recharge with the required item from the crafting table or inventory.

What You Expected

When you combine the required charging items in the crafting table or inventory,
Scepter of Twilight Scepter of Life Draining can be charged up to 99
scepter of fortification charged at once

What Happened Instead

The scepter of fortification cannot be recharged.

Scepter of Twilight Scepter of Life Draining only charges up to 90

unable to reproduce on a clean instance with just TF. Can I get a list of mods you're using so I can try to figure out who's messing with our logic? (please post them in a Gist link or provide me with the name of the modpack you're using i its a prebuilt one)
