Keepsake Casket and Skull Chest don't retain custom name

Steps to Reproduce
Rename a Keepsake Casket or a Skull Chest in an Anvil, then break the blocks.
What You Expected
The two blocks will drop with the custom name.
What Happened Instead
The name is removed and they will go back to "Keepsake Casket" or "Skull Chest"
Related to #2427, both Skull Chests don't drop with the name.
