Steps to Reproduce

  1. get the required item greater flask (harming II)
  2. eat enchanted golden apple
  3. drink "2" doses of potion
  4. some how get the advancement instead of having to use 3 doses

What You Expected

to get advancement after drinking 3rd dose of potion.

What Happened Instead

you get the advancement early at the 2nd dose instead.
