also possible its because of the mods Twilight Forest - Dungeons & Villages or Twilight Treehouses. Because I saw that the treehouses for example spawned in the naga structure, which could inflict with the naga ai.

It is very likely that performance mods are behind this as these methods mention Lithium or Radium. That tick time in getStructureAt does also indicate something structure-related, but since the profile is not expanded out, it's hard to say what the source is.

I would also recommend setting the profiler to use milliseconds than percentage as this gives a more accurate view of what's happening on the server. A percentage could falsely indicate a performance issue.
