Redcaps do not respect mobGriefing

Forge version: 14.23.4.2758
Twilight Forest version: 3.8.654
Steps to reproduce:
- /gamerule mobGriefing false
- Aggro a Redcap or Redcap Sapper
What I expected to happen:
That Redcaps would comply with the rule by dropping either terrain-harmless TNT or no TNT at all.
What happened instead:
Redcaps ignore the rule entirely and make a huge, annoying mess.
