Androsa on the Twilight Forest discord suggested opening an issue to suggest adding loot table files for all Twilight Forest mobs, even if those loot tables are simply empty. I specifically wish to include penguins in glacier biomes and provide additional drops (including fish) for a greater variety of creatures in my modpack, but this is not currently possible without going to the rather extreme lengths of Reflection/ASM.

What I expected to happen: Penguins to have a separate loot table from tiny birds allowing for simple injection of items that only affect penguins.

What happened instead: Outside of this change to the source, the only other options involve hacking using Reflection or ASM.
