A very specific issue with Maps and TF's Dim ID

Tested in a development environment using latest commit on branch 1.12.x

After surfacing an issue in another mod, I tested if this particular issue was present here.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Change the Dimension ID for Twilight Forest to a negative number (tested with -100).
- Open an Empty Map in the Twilight Forest.
- Notice how the player marker on the map is spinning.
This issue affects Map, Magic Map, Maze Map, and Maze/Ore Map. Due to the low probability that the player may change the Dim ID to a negative int, or at all, it is unlikely they will come across this issue, but it is something of note since it is assumed normal behaviour is the marker not spinning.
