(1.16.2 Suggestion) Armor and Weapons need rebalancing

Stat Changes & Fixes:
Fiery Tools and Weapons should have +1 damage over Netherite (ex: Fiery Sword does 9dmg).
Fiery Armor should have 3 armor toughness, because currently they're effectively weaker than diamond, because of how much more important armor toughness is than armor (ex: Fiery Chestplate has +9armor & +3armorToughness). They would still be only just as good as Netherite because they lack knockback resistance.
Giant's Sword should have 15dmg and 0.7spd, because currently it is worse than axes in nearly every way. Giant's Pickaxe should follow suit, being buffed to have 13dmg and 0.7spd.
Knightmetal Armor should have +0.5 knockback resistance, and +2 armor toughness, to make it worth using over diamond (like how the sword/axe/pickaxe have a niche over diamond with strength against armored/unarmored targets.
Phantom Armor should have +1 knockback resistance, like an improved version of Knightmetal Armor.
Golden Minotaur Axe should do 10dmg, not 7, so it is at least somewhat useful. It should perhaps also be given more durability despite being a golden tool (because currently it's basically unusable despite its rarity).
Mazebreaker should have the same stats and mining speed as Netherite, rather than diamond (ex: 6dmg, 1.2spd, 2031durability, netherite mining speed).
Ironwood Chestplates should have +6armor rather than +7armor for consistency, however all Ironwood Armor should be given +1armorToughness, so they're still useful for something other than durability and built-in enchants).
Steeleaf Armor should be given +1.5armorToughness, so that they're more on-par with diamond like the tools are.
Naga Scale Armor should have +2armorToughness, and the chestplate should have +8armor, so that they're more useful over other tiers, as currently only the leggings are useful for their built-in protection III.
Ice Sword should do MUCH more damage given its abnormally low durability, and should be faster since it's made of ice: 10dmg and 1.8spd.
The Block on Chain should have 9dmg and 1.4spd, to differentiate it from axes in melee.
Ironwood Axes should have 0.9 attack speed, like iron axes.
Yeti Chestplates should have +8armor and Yeti Helmets should have +3armor (same as diamond), but should keep their improved armor toughness.
Arctic Jackets should have +6armor, and all Arctic Armor should have +1.5armorToughness, because +2 is too much for such an easily obtained armor set.
