testing only the latest version of the undergarden on that version of neoforge shows bucket textures working perfectly fine, meaning this issue is caused by a different mod

i guess i will need to binary search 600 mods

don't report bugs when you have 600 mods installed...???
with that many mods, any bugs encountered is much more likely to be caused by an interaction between mods rather than being the fault of whatever mod is afflicted
