Followers Teleport too doesn't work with the Blossom series mods

Minecraft version: 1.21.1
Modloader: Fabric
Fabric loader version: 0.16.9
Environment: Multiplayer

First mod name: Followers Teleport Too
First mod version: 2.6

Second mod name: BlossomHomes, BlossomWarps, BlossomTPA
Second mod version: 2.2.7, 2.0.9, 2.2.5

Executing the /home, /warp or /tpa commands doesn't teleport pets.

Can confirm, though I'm using 2.7 for 1.21.4 as well as BlossomHomes 2.2.7 and BlossomLib 2.5.11 on Fabric in SIngleplayer and Multiplayer
