Sticky Enchanting Lapis crashes when adding or removing lapis to/from enchanting tables (Singleplayer)

Description
When adding lapis to an enchantment table, or removing lapis from one, the game will crash, sending me to a screen that says "Connection Lost", "Network Protocol Error".

Unfortunately I wasn't able to replicate this locally, but I'm fairly certain I've fixed it in version 1.4 of Sticky Enchanting Lapis. But please let me know if the issue persists.
