Had the same issue, everytime I use a shulkerbox from the hand everithing gets deleted. Later I can post a video and the infos of the modpack I'm using

I can reqomand quickshulker mod, a good alternative work better without bugs, unfortunately it's not official updated but on github already exist a fork for 1.21.4

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. This was a bug for 1.21.4 specifically. I have just uploaded version 1.7 of Quick Right-Click that fixes the issue.
