healingcampfire fails to heal on any campfire on Vanilla server with only healingcampfire mod.

Description
Removed all mods from server except healing campfire and collective-1.21.4-7.89.jar. Let server create new world. On client removed all mods as the same. In single player mod campfires work and in multi player it fails to heal. Server and Client say that mod is loading.
I think this started to fail when the new version of forge was installed... Because it was working for a period of time.

There was no crash but here is the debug log
This used to work in Multiplayer for me in the same version (v6.1).
But it stopped working, and now No Hostiles Around Campfire (v7.1) works in its stead, when previously it was inverted.
Using Forge v54.0.6.
