Mod name: Omega Mute
Mod version: 4.3 (same problem with 4.2)
Used with Collective version: 7.89 (for 4.2) and 7.91 (4.3)

Problem:
I can can type omegamute commands in the console and it seems to accept them without error, but "Listen" does not list any sounds.

I just kind of guessed what the command would be to cull villager sounds based on the information on the mod page and it worked fine by typing: omegamute cull 5 .villager

The soundmap.txt also seems to have updated properly when I did this.

It seems strange that "listen" isn't listing anything as shown in the .gif on the mod page.
