Beautified Chat [Client] doesn't work in multiplayer

Minecraft version: 1.21.4
Modloader: Fabric
Forge version: 1.21.4 OR Fabric loader version: 0.16.9
Environment: Multiplayer

Mod name: Beautified Chat [Client]
Mod version: 2.7

The mod works great in singleplayer, but in multiplayer the mod doesn't work.

I don't think it will work when so many mods already manipulate the chats. Does it work in a server with the default chat?
