[Tree Harvester] Not compatible with trees in Nether from various biome mods

Description
Nether trees from the mod Regions Unexplored are not affected by Tree Harvester.
I'm currently developing a Modpack and a friend is helping me test it out, we will try other trees from the mod to see if it happens with other trees.
The first specific tree we encountered this issue from the Regions Unexplored mod is Brimwood.
Bramble trees from the mod Biomes O' Plenty also does not get affected by Tree Harvester.
