I added the random misfits multitools to the config file but ore harvester still doesnt work with them, any help would be appreciated especially since i dont know how everything works (I tried to make sure i got the item name correct by checking them w the /give command and scrolling till i found them so i dont think thats the problem)

As it's a blacklist, not a whitelist, that's not how it works unfortunately. If it's not detected, they're not compatible currently. Which other mods are you referring to?
