Minecraft not opening world(s?) and stuck at 0% after deleting mods

Environment: Multiplayer world, but playing by myself at the time.

Description
So I tried deleting both of these mods bc I decided I no longer had a use for them. When I tried opening my world again however, it froze at 0% every time. one of the times the pc even made weird noises. And everything was functioning fine until I deleted those mods so I can't pinpoint which one specifically it was either. But please I need help, this isn't my pc but it's my only access to minecraft atm. I apologize If I got any info wrong but I tried my best to explain the issue.

so I was wrong it's singleplayer but I'm using a mod that let's u play with friends on singleplayer worlds so yeahh
