Question

Exactly as the title states, how does Tree Harvester handle the creaking heart block? I went harvesting with the latest version of the mod in the pale garden but never got 1 creaking heart block. Was I just unlucky or does the mod destroy the creaking heart block?

Do you have Silk Touch on the axe you are using?
If not, are you getting resin clumps and/or experience (in addition to logs) when cutting down naturally generated pale oak trees?

Not getting any resin clumps when using a normal axe but that could be maybe because I haven't found a tree with a creaking heart inside it perhaps? The only way to know if there is a creaking heart is if I actually first open every tree up and then try chopping it down.

I just went around trying to chop every tree to see if the resin clumps would drop. This is why I asked how the mod handles the creaking heart block.
