[Tree Harvester] Mining a mangrove tree also gets rid of the roots

Feature description
Exactly as the title suggests. When mining a mangrove tree, it would get rid of the logs, leaves, and the roots as well. (Yes, this is not in vanilla Minecraft. You must get rid of the roots manually.) For the muddy roots, it replaces it with regular mud. Could be configurable in settings as well!
