Feature description

Would it be possible to make the starting spawn point for a world more random? like instead of being around 0,0 it could be anywhere from like 5000,7500 to -6500,-10000 or some ridiculous numbers like that. The world spawn would then be the same from there on out, this is just changing the initial spawn to be much farther away from 0,0 than vanilla
