Feature description

The feature is what it says on the tin: mobs within the radius will still spawn in darkness if there is no sky light. I usually played with Peaceful Nights to let me enjoy my base at night in peace, however making the entire surface at night peaceful was too much of a change. Originally I also wanted to increase the range to the maximum but that would then alter the experience for caving under my base.
