Mod name: TreeHarvester

I have a server with a friend of mine and we have a few mods installed. All of them works perfectly fine, but I've come across an issue with the TreeHarvester mod: it does not work. I've made sure to download its dependency mod (Collective) and I've also made sure the versions were correct and downloaded them on Aternos as well.
When I tried to see the configuration of the mod in the game, it says there is no configuration for the TreeHarvester mod, so I can't really take a look because it doesn't even exist, apparently. This happens with the client and common option as well.

I've also come across this issue, not just with the TreeHarvester mod, but with every other tree mod; as I said I did with this one, I've made the same thing with the rest of them. Same version, downloaded in both server and client and downloaded its dependencies. I don't know what's wrong, really. It'd kinda driving me a little insane to be honest. And yes, I've also restarted the server, not just one but several times.
The mod, as well as its dependency, shows at the mod list.
