Feature description

It would be awesome if it was possible to configure manure to only drop on specific blocks. Currently without anything the block kinda breaks (more or less) certain animal farms. An example would be this chicken farm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iU8l77QNd_Q that constantly gets triggered by the manure.

If there was a config to for example blacklist (or better whitelist) certain blocks where the manue can(not) drop would solve this. That way i could simply whitelist grass and dirt (and some other blocks) and animals would drop manure on hoppers or other blocks
