Must hold compass/clock to show GUI

Mod name: GUI Compass, GUI Clock
Feature description
Add a config "Must hold compass"/"Must hold Clock" that, if true, only shows the GUI if the player is holding the item in their right or left hand.
Turns out there is already the same request as mine (#1445)
