The recipe for Mystcraft's Ink Vial is one of the following:

• 2x dyeBlack + Glass Bottle + Water Bucket
• 2x dyeBlack + Water Bottle

The VO recipe modifier allows Black Vegetable Oil Ink to be used as dyeBlack, but then the recipe doesn't make a whole lot of sense, as it's already black ink and should be equivalent rather than an ingredient.

A possible fix:

• Do some hackery and specifically remove Black Vegetable Oil Ink from the list of inputs for Mystcraft's Ink Vial recipes (or, if Mystcraft doesn't register the recipe using dyeBlack oredict, just exclude it from VO's recipe modifier)
• Make Black Vegetable Oil Ink work for everything that the Ink Vial does (or simply add a recipe to convert Black Vegetable Oil Ink directly into an Ink Vial)
