Farmer: compost, sunflower seeds, jute seeds
Librarian: black ink, faux feather
Butcher: seitan maybe

Village trades:

Villagers can buy and sell saltpeter, burlap, resin, rosin and sulphur.

You can sell soap, but, no villager will ever offer it for sale, only buy it from players.
