There's no real incentive to go to the Nether anymore unless you want Glowstone or Quartz. So, I was thinking of a better way of getting Blaze Rods, since they're the main reason to go to the Nether, and what if we made them the stick of a new Nether tree? The trees would grow on Soul Sand, and they would have grey wood and red leaves. A few good uses: Each plank would smelt into Charcoal, and a log would smelt into regular Coal. Also, the Charred Sticks made from this wood can either be made into regular Sticks with some Soap, but they can also be smelted into Blaze Rods. The leaves would also drop Nether Wart at the same chance of Apples from the leaves, making you not have to hunt down a Fortress.

As for a new use for Bioplastic, I will make a new thread of how to make a Nether Star from the Bioplastic.

I do think it makes sense to add more incentive to go to the nether, though. Maybe the current blaze rod recipe can stay, and then a new nether-based method could be added to obtain blaze rods slightly easier but with a bit more danger involved.

Hmm... I didn't know about the world gen one, the crops I did, but I didn't count trees as crops. Sorry!
