I know this is a beta version, so I wouldn't necessarily call this a bug report. I've tried this mod and the FTB chunk claiming/loading and neither one provides random ticks in loaded chunks. I can tell because crops and trees don't grow in those chunks regardless of how long they are loaded. But I know the chunk loading is still working because other things are updating in the chunks.
