Issue

When a chunkloader is placed in a GC/EP dimension, the dimension does not get loaded again after a server restart. A player must visit the planet to get it to work.

Just posting this here for tracking/reference. As you stated in the Galacricraft issue referenced, you believe this may be related to your mod instead.
