Whatever Floats Your Goat! Advancment does not work with mod's boats

In 1.17 an advancement was added called "Whatever Floats Your Goat!" Get in a Boat and float with a Goat; however this is not the case when using a Mangrove boat or chest boat.

How would you even get a goat into your chest boat with you ?
