Mangrove swamps are always generating on montains side and don't contain water

Ill attach it to NearRiverBiomes. The water may be a little difficult, and mountains seem to generate near rivers a lot sometimes. getting around the mountains will be really difficult

Look for usages of Mangrove Swamps in the 1.19 snapshot’s VanillaSurfaceRules in net.minecraft.world.gen.surfacebuilder. That may help with the water but I am not too sure.
