In the new 3.1.1 update each Flux Linkage Amplifier upgrades now gives -1x to the Process Energy Amplifier which of course broke the recipe system since the upgrades now asks negative energy

The Catalytic Reclamation Chamber and Alchemical Amplifier that I brought up at the beginning of the last issue are still not fixed.
Don't know if it has been forgot or just planned for the next update but wanted to give a reminder just in case!
