Fluids from Thermal Extras doesn't get a florb recipe automatically created for them in the Fluid Encapsulator.

For example:
Here's a list of all Sunflower Oil recipes in the Fluid Encapsulator:

And here's a list of all Liquid Hydrogen (Mekanism) recipes in the Fluid Encapsulator:

Note: The server config to automatically create the florb recipes is of course enabled

I had time to look it up, it's not creating a florb because my fluids are not placeable
