Seems like its registering an item wrongly? using version 1.9.0
Happens with WilderWild, BetterNether and others

Can confirm. I was testing Wilder Wild with the current BlanketCon '25 submissions and got this error.

Alright, I've already fixed this in the 1.21.4 version. I'll backport the fix to 1.21.1 rq
