Isn't this a dual-sided mod that adds new blocks?

I actually wanted to mark it as optional on the client-side, but Modrinth was buggy.
The mod makes use of the Polymer library to work completely server-sided — installing the mod on the client will only give a small FPS boost and correct some shader visuals.
