1. use standard command format please
   eg: /thutperms
   so "/groupInfo groups"
   would become "/thutperms groupInfo groups"
2. get rid of the upper case stuff..this is just pointless (groupInfo)
3. allow use from console

other than those few complaints..I love it!

I uploaded 0.2.4 which adresses 2, all commands will accept either the mixed case, or lower case versions.
It should work from console, I am not sure why it isn't working on your end, are there any errors which occur when you try to use it?
