Issue Description:

Rendering errors:

• random occlusion issue when looking in certain directions
• issues with the preview at non-standard FOV

What happens:

preview issue, 120 fov

elevator doesn't render if NW-most block isn't seen (i think)

Steps to reproduce:

1. install elevator mod
2. make elevator
3. see bug

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
