If a tool has a vanilla enchant (example: lapis on a weapon gives vanilla Looting), it will be appended below the +x Attack Damage string(s) and therefore the TiC Tooltip stats will be inserted at the very bottom of the tooltip instead of above the +x Attack Damage string(s).

Need to skip over vanilla enchants or otherwise change how the stat tooltip is inserted.
