Crate drop too high

While playing with your mod on a larger modpack, i've noticed that crates are fished way more often than one could expect.
Like, almost every catch is a crate at this point.

On the modpack, player can increase their luck (use for bonus drop while mining), but it seam that even the slightest increase of the luck stat make crate chanced skyrocket.

I've seen that you removed the crate spawn rate configuration option, but i don't see how i could reduce/remove crate spawn rate with only datapack alteration of loot tables.

Am i missing somtiong ? And if not, would it be possible to bring back an option to configure crate spawn rate ?
Your mod is cool but i feel like we don't enjoing it much as the fishing minigame almost never happend and we don't have the satisfaction to catch fises.

Yep, I'll bring back the crate spawn config in the next update. The reason I removed it in the first place was because I reworked the crate catching system, but I could definitely create a new crate config setting.
