I was wondering if this would be something that you could look into for Tide. According to another mod dev (issue linked below), Tide is hardcoded so that only one item can be caught from fishing at a time. Removing this limit could allow mods like Little Joys and other mods like Random Fishing (https://modrinth.com/mod/random-fishing) to work along with Tide and improve cross-mod compatibility, basically anything allowing you to catch more than one item at a time. I'm not sure how easy it would be to change but just something that I wanted to put on your radar for future development.

Fixed as of Tide 1.6 (the creator of Little Joys may have to update to the new system)
