Bobbers are deleted when a fishing rod breaks

Issue description
When the fishing rod item breaks, any bobbers (and probably other attachments such as lines or hooks) get deleted.
To Reproduce
Get a fishing rod with 1 durability, apply attachments in the Angling Table, then catch a fish or pull an entity in survival mode.
Dropping any attachments in the world either on the player or on the fishing hook would make more sense than deleting them.
