When Spice of Life: Valheim Edition is installed, most raw fish have 205 minutes of duration, instead of the 5 minutes that vanilla raw fish have. Cooked fish have a duration of 13 minutes, which is appropriate. The duration is calculated from saturation, so perhaps the saturation values for raw fish are incorrect.
