All the recipes that try to be conditional on the silver tag existing fail with,

[minecraft/RecipeManager]: Skipping loading recipe ironshulkerbox:shulkerboxes/green/silver/iron_silver_shulker_box as it's serializer returned null

(haven't tested what happens when run with a mod that adds silver yet).

Also should try to make the recipe gen code even less redundant.
