Describe the Issue

Loading the mod using Sinytra connector client side works. However loading the mod on the dedicated server I run crashes the server. Sinytra connector works well with other fabric mods installed on my forge server. I've removed all mods to test just this mod & it's dependencies & it crashes

mod LibZ (libz) 1.0.3 requires version 11.1.106 or later of cloth-config2, which is missing. However I have v11.1.136
mod Tiered (tiered) 1.3.3 requires version 11.0.99 or later of cloth-config2, which is missing, However I have v11.1.136.

I've downloaded all cloth-configs from the link specified in the dependencies for 1.20.1 both Forge & Fabric, this mod does not seem to detect them. However, I have other mods that require the same mod & they work fine.
