[Compatibility - Create] Backtank loses tier when placed

Describe the Issue
Copper Backtank loses tier when placed and broken later:
latest.log
Not a crash. More of a missing logic error
Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
Create 0.5.0i
Update: When picked up with wrench, it does loses tier and does not gain any other
Create 0.5.1 adds netherite backtank and it has all same issues
